About six months ago Travis Howard made a cold call and I answered the phone. Normally I don't have time to talk to salesmen, but for some reason that day I let him talk. He was very kind and not pushy at all so I agreed to let him send me a catalog from Sunbelt (Lonesource). A couple of days later a box arrived with the catalog and some extra little freebies, and best of all for my office CANDY!! I always tell Travis that he had us from the moment we saw the candy! All kidding aside, Travis is the best. If I don't have time to place an order, he will. If I am unsure about what to order, he is only an e-mail away. we were loyal customers of a "big box" office supply, and I can honestly say that I have not missed them for one moment. From informing me about rebates to just being a kind, helpful person, Travis is an asset for the Lonesource company. If you are considering this company, I would not hesitate to give them my highest endorsement.

A few months ago I began to search for a new office supply vendor after I realized that our ministry was paying way too much from stores such as Office Depot, even with all the great coupons.  It was suggested to me by one of our vendors to try Lonesource.  I found the website and was not impressed but I thought I would call the company anyways and ask a few more questions.  Travis Howard answered my call, and from that day forward I consider myself to have been rescued.  Rescued from price gouging, automated systems and delayed shipments and delivered into low prices, exceptional service and complete peace of mind.

From day one, Travis has gone out of his way to help me find exactly what I need and make sure that I get it at the best price.  He evens quotes me the prices of the “competitors” who are no competition!  I know that I am getting the best deal and I never have to second-guess.  Another thing I really enjoy about Lonesource, is that I never again have to stress over ordering enough product to get free shipping.  Since there is no minimum order amount, I can order just one item and have it shipped to me the same or next day. 

Travis has saved me so much time in researching products on websites or catalogs.  If I know what I need but do not know what it is called, I just call Travis, who always either answers the phone or calls me back with in an hour or so.  I explain to him what I need and he shows me pictures from the catalog until we find exactly what I need. 

In summary, there is no way to place a value on the benefit of having a live friendly person like Travis instead of an automated service or a website help me find what I need, make sure I get it at the best price, same or next day, with free shipping.  I strongly support the value that Lonesource has chosen in making their people the priority instead of their website, it really come out in Travis’ enthusiasm and willingness to serve me and the needs of our ministry.  With all the advantages I have experienced, it is easy to recommend Travis Howard and Lonesource to anyone who buys office supplies for their organization!

Working at a non-profit, I have to be very budget-conscious but also keep quality in mind. With other corportate office supply companies, you have to do all the legwork yourslef and you don't have anybody to ask advice on which product or brand to buy. It wnds up taking a lot of time out of y day trying to find a great price matched with a good quality product.

I am fortunate and grateful that I have Travis Howard at Lonesource. Even though I am probably one his smallest accounts, he still helps me just as much as he would help anyone else. He really goes above and beyond to help me figure out which products would be right for me. Just today, he took time out of his busy schedule to help me decide which $10 ream of paper would be best suited for my needs. If that isn't dedication, I don't know what is.

In addtion, there is no minimum order for free shipping, so even if I just need a case of paper or pack of paperclips, I still get them the next day and at a great price. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much!

I read an article this week about the Top 25 things that were becoming extinct.  One of them was customer service.  After 30 years in Sales, I was dismayed, to say the least.  Now as a business owner, I insist on customer service as our main focus.  Of course we have to perform but anyone can do that and take our business - the only difference is how our customers feel when we take care of them.

I have shared your email, as well as Travis's with my team.  Travis had a tag line that we have already "stolen" - Large enough to compete with anyone - small enough to care about everyone.

It is refreshing to see that companies still care about customer service - it will not become extinct if I have anything to do with it.  Nice job!
