It is very rare to encounter a sales representative that I enjoy talking to. My job here at People Store is often crazy and filled with a million detailed oriented tasks. I often wait until the last minute to put in my orders and it is because of Snow that our office never runs out of copier paper, envelops, pens, pencils, legal pads and much, much more.

I have only used Lonesource for a short period of time but already I am impressed by the excellent customer service and response time I’ve received. Services and products are comparable to any big stores (i.e. next day service, selection, etc) with the added bonus of a personal account manager whose goal is to help save my company money. Ordering is easy and can be done several ways: calling the account manager, emailing the account manager or placing an order on Lonesource’s website. If I can’t find a particular product, Snow is always available to help me locate what I need. I can have all the advantages of Staples or Office Depot but with the personalization and care that Lonesource employees put into every order.
