The prices are fantastic. Initially I spent a lot of time price checking just to make sure what he said was true as far as matching or beating any prices on the street. But I quickly found, he does this for me. Not only that, but he is honest. And if there is something that he cannot beat the price on due to whatever reason, he will make up for that in the pricing of another product. I wanted to express how grateful our company is to Sunbelt Office Products. We used to order from multiple companies for the various supplies we need, but Sunbelt has offered the same items for much less. The experience has been nothing short of a breath of fresh air. In addition, our account manager, Travis Howard, has been a great help and pleasure to work with. he always has a great attitude and seems eager to help with any issue. He really goes our of his way to get the job done. His work ethic is truly exceptional, and I have not encountered such dedication from anyone else I have ordered from. In fact, just out of consideration, Travis helped set up our online account just to make the shopping experience with Sunbelt even better. I would recommend Sunbelt to anyone. A few months ago I began to search for a new office supply vendor after I realized that our ministry was paying way too much from stores such as Office Depot, even with all the great coupons. In summary, there is no way to place a value on the benefit of having a live friendly person like Travis instead of an automated service or a website help me find what I need, make sure I get it at the best price, same or next day, with free shipping. I strongly support the value that Sunbelt has chosen in making their people the priority instead of their website, it really come out in Travis’ enthusiasm and willingness to serve me and the needs of our ministry.
