As the Paralegal to a very busy attorney, ordering supplies is not my first priority and I do not have a lot of time to go through the catalog to find the products that I know I need.  He has gone out of his way, and taken much of his time to do the leg work for me.  I let him know what I want/need and he makes it happen, even if it means going through an outside source to fulfill my request.  Even if I do not know exactly what I am looking for, I give him an idea, and he throws out suggestions until I find something appropriate for what I am trying to accomplish.

The prices are fantastic.  Initially I spent a lot of time price checking just to make sure what he said was true as far as matching or beating any prices on the street.  But I quickly found, he does this for me.  Not only that, but he is honest.  And if there is something that he cannot beat the price on due to whatever reason, he will make up for that in the pricing of another product.

A few months ago I began to search for a new office supply vendor after I realized that our ministry was paying way too much from stores such as Office Depot, even with all the great coupons.  It was suggested to me by one of our vendors to try Sunbelt.  I found the website and was not impressed but I thought I would call the company anyways and ask a few more questions.  Travis Howard answered my call, and from that day forward I consider myself to have been rescued.  Rescued from price gouging, automated systems and delayed shipments and delivered into low prices, exceptional service and complete peace of mind.

Travis has saved me so much time in researching products on websites or catalogs.  If I know what I need but do not know what it is called, I just call Travis, who always either answers the phone or calls me back with in an hour or so.  I explain to him what I need and he shows me pictures from the catalog until we find exactly what I need. 

In summary, there is no way to place a value on the benefit of having a live friendly person like Travis instead of an automated service or a website help me find what I need, make sure I get it at the best price, same or next day, with free shipping.  I strongly support the value that Sunbelt has chosen in making their people the priority instead of their website, it really come out in Travis’ enthusiasm and willingness to serve me and the needs of our ministry.  With all the advantages I have experienced, it is easy to recommend Travis Howard and Sunbelt to anyone who buys office supplies for their organization!
