He is always in good sprits and such a pleasure to work with.  Whenever I order and am not sure of what exactly I need he has gone out of his way, and taken of his time to help me out and look up the item for me.  I let him know what I want/need and he makes it happen, even if it means going through an outside source to fulfill my request.  Even if I do not know exactly what I am looking for, I give him an idea, and he throws out suggestions until I find something appropriate for what I am trying to accomplish.

Ryan is very responsive to my inquiries.  He is great about returning phone calls and emails and he always makes himself available to call on at anytime.

Ryan's suggestions and information has led me to make better purchases for my company. Even when I made a purchase that I did not like he accepted a return for the items without any problems. he has gone above and beyond to research products suitable for my company and he has been very patient with the transition for the other companies' product numbers. Ryan patiently works with me (I'm the new supply buyer for the firm) in tracking down products for me. Because of his research i will be purchasing a multi-function machine from him next month. Unlike other companies I deal with, Ryan is very responsive to my inquires either by email or phone. I can always count on Ryan to find me low prices and quality products.
