Richard has gone above and beyond on many occasions to help us out, whether it was to find a product, deal with returns or resolve any issues that may have come up. Richard's attitude has always been exemplary and his level of devotion is a key reason we continue to do business with Sunbelt Office Products. What keeps us as returning customers is Richard’s attention to detail. He is a pleasure to work with and also takes the time to understand the needs of his customers. A few times he’s even sat on the phone patiently with me helping me look for an item or two and even has sent me recommendations. We definitely were not getting that with our old supply company, the only guaranteed thing about them was the on-hold music for 10-20 minutes! Richard is always friendly and ready to help with a “go above and beyond” work ethic always. He exceeds when it comes to customer service! He is consistent in placing all of our orders for each and every one of our locations across the United States.
