The personalized customer service that we receive from our Account Manager, Matthew Scott, has been great! He is always friendly and ready
to help when we contact him with an order or just with a question about a product. Even when we cannot find a particular item in the Sunbelt catalog, all we have to do is contact Matt and he will patiently go through the catalog while we are on the phone to help us find the product or even offer a more cost effective alternative.

There have also been times when in a crunch he would just take our order over the phone without any product numbers and I always felt confident that he was giving us the best possible pricing. What a time saver and wonderful benefit that can be!

Our deliveries are always on schedule and the driver always has a warm and friendly attitude.  What else can I say? My experience with Matt and Sunbelt has been very positive. I would highly recommend to my colleagues.

I have to recommend Matt and Sunbelt Office Products as well if I didn’t I would be doing a disservice. Matt is a jam up guy who offers only the best deals. Every time I have come to him with a price from a larger store he always beats it and on top of that, it will be in my office the next day.

I use to have to drive to the many different stores to get our office supplies. Now that I have Matt I just pick up the phone and give him a call and he takes care of it. It saves me time and money. I appreciate his honesty and commitment to his clients. I plan on being in business with Matt as long as I’m in business. Do yourself a favor and call Sunbelt and ask for Matt, you won’t regret it.
