I called Mario and he gave me better pricing than what we had and made it easy to get us set up for delivery. With the old company you ordered from a different customer service rep each time, but now I can e-mail Mario or call him. We have a great rapport and he is always so helpful. We usually have the same delivery person as well, so it makes it much more personable. It is incredible one-on-one customer service. Mario has excellent customer skills and is very quick to respond to phone calls or emails.
If the product we need is not in your catalog, he goes out of his way to find it from a supplier. Mario has always come through for us. From day one I noticed a major difference in the attitude of your employee, Mario Baricevic, and the cheerfulness with which he did his job. He treated us like we were old friends; I’ll never forget the Halloween pictures he emailed to us of him in costume that were just hilarious! He has to be the nicest person in a customer service role I’ve ever encountered. I could go on and on about Mario's service to us. It is a rare treasure to have a personal account manager to take care of you. He keeps a history of the orders we have placed and is always able to pull it up and know exactly what I need. He has always been amazing in helping me find the right products as well as offer recommendations. I trust his judgment and he helps me find the least expensive quality product. he keeps my order on this screen during the day in case I need to add to it as requests come up. I have been thrilled with how incredibly easy and convenient Sunbelt has been. Mario is excellent sale rep. and is the reason I keep returning beside the money we save on our supplies as well as the delivery service is fantastic. What keeps us as returning customers is Mario’s attention to detail. He is a pleasure to work with and also takes the time to understand the needs of his customers. A few times he’s even sat on the phone patiently with me helping me look for an item or two and even has sent me recommendations. We definitely were not getting that with our old supply company, the only guaranteed thing about them was the on-hold music for 10-20 minutes! Mario Baricevic is the best! He is always there for us. I have yet to see any office supply company who will patiently flip through catalogs with me to locate a particular item.
