I am thrilled to have Sunbelt Products as our new office supplier.  The first day I spoke with Kevin Ford I was very comfortable with discussing changing from one vendor to the other.   Not only were the prices lower, but the service could not be beat.  Kevin’s attention to detail and his eagerness to actually help me receive the order I want has been outstanding.  We are a non profit company and all of the benefits mean everything.

The concept of “making your life easier” actually exists with Sunbelt Products and that is what we are all looking for.  I did not have to worry about paperwork to get started because there was none.  Recently, I thought I had the wrong order and Kevin took the time to call the vendor.  It was a special battery, but the upgrade to the old one.

It is such a pleasure to work with Kevin and Sunbelt Products.  I know we will build a long lasting relationship.

It has been an outstanding experience changing our main office supply vendor to Sunbelt Office Products approximately a year ago.  This has been an incredible difference in the customer service.  Kevin Ford is our account manager.  He has constantly gone out of his way to meet our every need.  Kevin is often suggesting cost effective and helpful ideas that makes my job become easier.

Purchasing supplies for a government municipality can often be challenging as it is imperative. We not only get excellent quality but value for tax payer dollars.  Kevin researches the availability of products to help us achieve that goal.

I can't say enough about Kevin Ford. Kevin always seems happy to hear from me when I call and always has a a great attitude. Whenever I need something I know that all I have to do is give Kevin a call and he takes care of what I need. Sometimes I even end up calling him several times in one day and he never seems to get frustrated that I don't have my order together all at one time. With the nature of our business, we unfortunately need things at the last minute and Kevin always comes through. There have even been times that he has made sure that items get delivered the same day if needed, by your delivery personnel if possible, and if not is available for us to have a courier pick it up. He is also great about returns. I work with some folks that have very specific needs on certain items and he allows me to order items and if they are not exactly what we need, he is very willing to take the items back.

We recently had a representative from another office supply company come in our office and she really highlighted how great Kevin is by being extremely aggressive and pushy. She was trying to force me to order two cases of paper, which I did not need, and seems very annoyed that I would not place an order with her to "try out her company". She called out Sunbelt by name, along with a couple of other companies, and said that her company was cheaper and as long as we ordered $50.00 worth of merchandise we would qualify for free shipping. She shoes me what a great service representative I have in Kevin because he is definitely not pushy or aggressive. She also highlighted how great Sunbelt is for having free shipping on any size order. I can call and get a pencil or an entire office set up, which I have ordered both, and get free shipping either way. I truly feel that Kevin and all the folks I have dealt with at Sunbelt are more concerned with being our office supplier than they are about anything else.

Thank you very much for having such a great staff and making buying office supplies one of the least stressful things I have to do.
