My account representative, Jordan Kraus, is the best. She will match or beat prices I find elsewhere, and will move heaven and earth to resolve any issues with an order quickly and efficiently. Jordan Kraus keep me informed to all the specials going on and will help me find materials when I can't find them in the catalogue. Jordan Kraus has been wonderful with answering all of our questions and finding us the best price. If I can't find something in the book she is always available to help me find it. Even if we forget something with our order, we can order it the next day with no minimum order and get it in the next day. I love the service. We look forward to the assistants of Jordan. I would like to inform you of what I consider "Service beyond the call of duty" from your salesperson, Jordan. We ordered a copy machine quit working after a short period of time. After making a wasted call to the manufacturer, I decided to call Jordan to see what she could do. Jordan came through like a champion. She said she would have a new unit delivered the next morning. The new unit arrived by 10 am, and it was up and running by 10:30. She's a keeper and a pleasure to work with and I appreciate the service that she did for me. She is very responsive to all requests for quotes and comparisons with other companies. Whenever we need something, she's on the spot to get it taken care of for us. There have also been orders that we needed the same day and even without a driver coming to our area, she made it happen. Another thing I love about having Jordan as our sales rep is how easy it is to place an order. If you know what I want, but can't find the part number, she does all the necessary research to locate the item. All I have to do is put together a list of what I need and she gets it to me the next day without fail. If on the odd chance something is incorrect, processing the return/exchange is also a painless process.
