In the past we used a local company for all of our office supplies and needs, and then one day I got a call from Jeremy Morrow. I have to admit that I ignored him at first, but being the wonderful sales man that he is Jeremy never gave up! He eventually won me over with his personality, knowledge, humor and that fact he was always willing to go out of his way for us. For example, our bell on our front entrance door broke and I couldn't seem to find one in the catalog, all I had to do was give Jeremy a call and he took care of it - No questions or hassle. And "Big Dave" had it to me that same day. There has been no other company that has come through for us like Sunbelt. i have been working with Jeremy for seven months now and I have loved every minute of it. He is always available whether I send e-mail, phone, or fax. He is always upbeat and makes ordering my office supplies fun.

I was ordering with Staples and it worked, I would hope online and order what I needed and I was done. But with Sunbelt I get personalized Customer Service. I always get an answer from Jeremy within 30 minutes, and he makes me laugh every time I talk to him. That never happened with Staples, I would be transferred 6 times and have to repeat myself each time.

I will admit I was skeptical at first though. The website was lackluster, but now I e-mail my order to jeremy and always get a confirmation each time I order. This actually is easier and less time consuming. Now not only do I save time, I save money. Sunbelt always provides stellar Customer Service but it also provides supplies for a lot cheaper. Of course that keeps my boss happy.

Jeremy has always been very helpful with getting us the things that we need to keep our office running. Jeremy is very kind and always on top of things.

Yesterday he became an office hero. At the last minute we realized we needed a new projector screen. I called around and no one carries the one that we needed. I call Jeremy he finds one for me. He said that he could have it delivered by noon and when I told him that would not work, he worked it out so that I could pick the screen up from him first thing this morning. He saved our presentation and the day! Thank you for all your hard work.
