Much to my amazement, you were on vacation this week and I had a slight issue with needing 40 - 60 rolls of scotch tape for one of our belly banding jobs. I was remiss in not ordering the tape in time, so you know I was frantic Keith. When I called and you didn't answer--but another voice answered -- O M Goodness -- I was at a loss. Okay--no problem though. Richard and Jeremy are absolute marvels. They are wonderful. First Richard calmed me down and tried so desperately to get our tape to us by the next day. We needed it early, early, early. He was so honest and extremely helpful in letting me know that I would take a chance by placing that order because he could only guarantee a "before noon" delivery. He was kind and I was just so pleased to talk to him. We ended up going to purchase the tape (40 rolls), but after speaking with the the Foreman/Supervisor in the Bindery, he insisted that I get 60 more rolls for belly banding because we would need it. I called back and was connected to Jeremy. I was instantly drawn to his personality and demeanor. He was so fantastic Keith. I cannot tell you how relieved I was after speaking to him. My question is this. Is everyone there just so wonderful? You ALL are the creme-de-la-creme and I am so fortunate to be able to work with you. No, allow me to rephrase that; We are so fortunate to have you. Thank you (all) for being so wonderful, so dependable and professional and dedicated to your customers. Thanks Keith - you and your staff -- are the -- all time - - -BEST.
There are so many great advantages about working with Sunbelt Office Supplies but the quality I enjoy the most is the personnel. I really appreciate having a contact person instead of dealing with multiple people when I call.
