Dee goes above and beyond what most consider "excellent" customer service. He has delivered items to me the same day and has even personally delivered items to me on several weekends. Dee always has all of our furniture built and delivered free of charge, a rarity in that industry. If I needed just a box of paper clips tomorrow Dee would have them delivered, free of charge.
