Hello, my name is Christy and I work for a small business. I have worked in the banking industry and also for large corporations and nothing compares to working for a small business where your employer genuinely cares for the employee. I have experienced this same kind of caring from Sunbelt Office Products. Yes, you can get good customer service from the "larger" office supply chains but nothing compares to having that personal contact with the same sales rep. and also the people who deliver the products. Sunbelt has done an outstanding job of getting the product I need at a valuable price. When we have had a rare issue there have not been any glitches in getting the issue resolved. Every time I have needed a product or an issue resolved they have stepped up to the plate and exceeded expectation. I truly would give this company a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 but because they are who they are they would never accept this score. They are a company that feels there is always room for improvement as no business nor person is perfect. So with that being said I was only allowed to give them a 9.5. Thank you Sunbelt for being the great company that you are, keep up the good work and the great service.

We were a long-time customer of a large chain supply company. We believed that only something as large as they are could provide reliable service and reasonable pricing. Until one day when Anthony gave us a cold call.

We declined his offer on that first call, because Mr. Walden felt loyalty to our other vendor, but as we requested, Anthony did send us a package with sample pricing quotes and information on how you so what you do and still manage to come in under the pricing radar of your competitors. I touched base with Anthony off and on over the next couple of months, and then we agreed to give Anthony (and your company) a try.

Needless to say, we've been thrilled ever since. I no longer have to play the multiple competitors coupon game just to get a reasonable price because Anthony makes sure our price is a good one all the time. I know that he is our go-to guy and that he'll be with us for the long-haul, not like your competitors who change out account personnel as often as the wind blows. I no longer have to flip for hours through websites and catalogs when i need something critical; I can call Anthony and he's got a part number for me, whether it's a "rush" request or not. He's been Today's Hero on more than one occasion when our brokers ask for things at the last minute!

It has been an outstanding experience changing our main office supply vendor to Sunbelt Office
Products in the Administration Office at our Forsyth Campus. This has been an incredible
difference in the customer service. Anthony Beairsto is our account manager. He has constantly
gone out of his way to meet our every need. Anthony is often suggesting cost effective and
