Recently she did not have an item we needed and she found the item for us and we were able to purchase it through her. We are very pleased with the quick response and personal service we receive from Christina. Not long ago our office ran out of printer cartridges and we had a large and very important presentation to put together and submit to our customer the following day. I did not have time to run out and search for the correct cartridges. I called Christina late in the day and she was able to have the cartridges in our office the next morning.
Customer service is the cornerstone of any service business and I feel that Christina raises the bar in this area.
