The only problem I had (not that big of a deal) was that we were supposed to have received 2 free cases of soda with a purchase of 2 cases and it didn't show up on our bill, but Chad had already taken care of it before I placed a call to him. Ever since we switched to Lonesource, it has been a blessing.
We used to dread it when our office orders came in, there used to always be something wrong with either the invoice or the order itself, and the last several months it turned into problems with both. We typically are always ordering the same types of things, so it didn't make any sense on why we were having that much trouble receiving what we ordered. With being an accounting practice, at times it was very frustrating when we didn't receive what we ordered and would have to wait a day or two for the order to be corrected. With the delivery man, it came to the point where I was almost scared to ask him to take all of the boxes back to the supply room, I would just have him leave them up front and I would carry them back.
Since switching to Sunbelt, when I place an order I know that it will come as scheduled and that the order that was placed is what we will receive. From the first time that I called to place an order, Chad has always been friendly and has always helped me find anything that I need. Occasionally there are specialty items that we may need, and instead of looking through the book I have found that by calling Chad he can help me find exactly what I am looking for. I have dealt with at least 10 account reps over the years, and I can honestly say that Chad has been the best.
The man that delivers our orders, he always has a smile on his face. He takes all of my supplies back to the supply room and neatly stacks them for me, so that I don't have to carry them back there. And, with all of the paper that we buy - I have him drop of boxes at different places in the office and he has never complained about doing so. He walks in with a smile, and leaves with the same.
Between our account representative and the deliverer, they are the best combination, and we are very happy that we switched to Lonesource!
