Thru my career in the corporate world and in my position, I have dealt weekly with numerous office supply companies and their sales reps (I have also dealt briefly with 2 other reps from your company before Brian) and I must say that Brian Vasquez stands clearly above the rest. Brian Vasquez (Lonesource, Inc.; previously Sunbelt Office Products) has been handling the supply needs of the Business and Government Sales Channel since November 2008 and has done an outstanding job for us.
Until Brian came along, I had been using Office Depot online or Alabama Office Supply, a local supply company here in Montgomery. I was a bit reluctant to consider changing my supply source, (who likes to make a change when things are working just fine?) but I was willing to listen to Brian’s pitch. Brian’s sincerity, enthusiasm and personal approach won me over. I have not regretted my decision to change supply sources. I can give Brian a call and tell him what I am looking for and he does all the research and gets back to me quickly. This is great support, especially when my day is already jam-packed.
Brian represents the epitome of top-notch customer service; he is efficient, conscientious, enthusiastic, and always reliable. He has done a great job for me and the rest our sales channel, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, resourceful, and helpful supplier. You would be hard-pressed to find a rep more dedicated to making your life easier when it comes to your supply needs.
