I wanted to let you know that I have been so pleased with the service and attention that has been given to me by Lonesource and specifically by Brandon Andrews.
I was in need of 14 lateral file cabinets in July. I received a quote from Sheffield Office Products, my usual office supply company, that I felt was too high and I began checking with other companies. When I phoned Lonesource, Brandon was so quick and courteous to provide a quote to me as well as other information that I required for this project, such as delivery time and old cabinet removal. Brandon handled my needs quickly with this project professionally.
After receiving such great service I though I would try Lonesource to handle a normal order that was a smaller dollar volume than the cabinets. I felt this could be the true test of how [our company] would be treated as a customer with Lonesource. Again, Brandon was so friendly and professional. He has provided so much assistance to me that I consider myself a happy and satisfied customer of Lonesource. If I was not sure of a particular item type, Brandon would research it for me; he would ensure that products / orders were delivered by the time they were needed. I feel he goes above and beyond to help customers. Sheffield Office Products has often come to me with offers intended to bring my business back, but I have decided to stay with Lonesource because of Brandon Andrews.

Thanks for looking over the items we purchase and noticing we have not been getting printer cartridges from Lonesource. We have been getting them from another source for a long time and just never thought about switching suppliers. Their product and customer service has always been good so I never thought about changing. And then you called about it and gave me some prices. Well, I will be getting cartridges from Lonesource now and I'm sure the quallity will be as good as all the other items we get from Lonesource.
