Interests: I am fascinated with office products. I know every little thing from paper weight, brightness to what makes an ink pen work. In my spare time I enjoy taking apart staplers and making paper clip chains as jewerly.

Family life: I have two amazing toy poodles, Jolie and Pierre.  They are precious.  My older sister, Fran, lives ten minutes away from me! It is nice to spend time with her in my free time.

AnnaLee has been awesome to work with.  I LOVE the fact when I call I usually talk to a REAL person and not a machine and AnnaLee answers 95% of the time.  The few times I have not gone straight to AnnaLee one time I got her voicemail and the rest I still got a person to talk to, which is neat.  She knows silly little tid-bits of information about me and REMEMBERS.  You don’t get that kind of service anymore.  But enough about all that, the prices are great and they are always willing to meet the competitor but typically will beat any other prices.  I don’t know what I would do without AnnaLee!!! J

AnnaLee has been so great to work with.  At first I was a little put off that I could not find prices on the Internet or even in a catologue.  I mean really, I had to talk to a real person?  On a phone?  However, AnnaLee was able to give me some great prices, so I gave Lonesource a shot with a small order.  Well, I got my order the next day.  Out of 3 items I got 1 that was correct.  One item was not packaged correctly - not Lonesource's fault.  Another item, well, I ordered the wrong thing.  No matter - one call to AnnaLee and I had the correct items the next day.  I've called AnnaLee several times and only once did I have to leave a message.  That one time she got back to me within minutes.  I'm sold on your unique way of doing business now.  I plan to continue purchasing from you as long as your prices are this good, your deliveries are this quick, and AnnaLee continues to make me laugh!

It has been a blast dealing with AnnaLee on my first order with Lonesource. Every time we speak it is full of laughter and it helps brighten my day. She has done everything she said she would do from getting quick quotes to returning phone calls to make sure I got the emails.
