The purpose of this letter is to inform you how superb Amanda Janda is. I originally agreed to use Lonesource as through another sales rep that is no longer with your company. I was then assigned to Jackie Baker, who I thought exemplified great customer service. Jackie called and informed me that she would be leaving and that someone named Amanda would be my new sales rep. I gave her a hard time because I felt as if we were being tossed around from person to person and I didn’t think Amanda would give us the same service Jackie did. I must admit, I was wrong. Amanda has been as courteous, polite, consistent, and the most enjoyable person to work with. She has always provided my company with anything that we needed and has always done it with a smile. Amazingly, I have never met Amanda physically, but can hear her smile every time. As an executive in the hospitality industry, I am use to moving at a fast pace and the majority of the time things tend to slip my mind. Amanda has always followed up with me on recent and pending orders that I know I had forgotten about. I called her about two months ago to order some toner for, now I know, the rarest printer in America. She along with two other vendors made me promises on getting this toner to me as soon as possible. We all learned that this particular printer’s toner was on back order for about 2 months. Amanda called and gave me updates at least twice a week trying to get me this toner. It was important to me because the printer was located in our guest business center. Her consistency is what made me order a new color printer along with back toners from Lone source. I know your company is only an office supply company, but being in the hospitality industry forces me to appreciate great customer service. Amanda is truly an asset to your company.
